Hand foot mouth again!

Monday I noticed spots on Carters legs and feet. Crap, was exactly my thought. Hand foot mouth! So he skipped the Monday activity at the jump zone and we saw grandma instead. She conquered that it was hand foot mouth. Rats! We tried to keep him away from his siblings and wash hands but by Wednesday rach had spots on her feet. Darn it!

So today, Thursday, is a hang out at home away from people day and tomorrow we will be at the zoo which is outside enough I figure we shouldn't really share like we would at the jump zone. This stinks! My poor kids! The good news is Carter is looking better within 4 days which is much quicker than Dayton healed when he had this virus at age 4.

Easter weekend!

We had a great Easter weekend including grandma Nola's party as usual, the city egg hunt, dad and D went on a scout camp out and then we had Easter morning and the bunny came. Plus we visited grandma and grandpa day and flew kites. The kids loved this! Grandpa was so fun and helpful cause Dad had a migrane.

Baby 4!

Today was our first ultrasound with baby 4, almost 11 weeks along. Hopefully means the nausea ends soon. I have been so sick with this baby, it's been darn hard! The baby looks good! Really wiggly and the heartbeat was 171 bpm so a normal rate. Doctor fowers said it all looks great! The due date is October 11th. Great timing, not a month Adam gets chemo infusions, and not the first month of preschool. It will be great once the baby is here. Our kids have been speaking from heaven for months. Praying for anther sibling. Drawing an extra baby in pictures and praying for a sister. This baby was conceived on courage and faith. We are happy it look healthy and strong.

Dayton Kindergarten Program

Yesterday Dayton had a kindergarten program in front of the whole school on "Seek first to understand, then to be understood." Each kids said a small part and his teacher videod it. They showed a movie of all the clips and the kids sang a few songs. It was short and sweet and I'm glad I made it with Carter to watch.

Happy 31st bday Adam!

Adam and Dayton shared a family party Sunday and then yesterday he and I went to dinner. It was nice! Plus he got spoiled with dominos pizza at work and an apple fritter with a candle in it! The kids all made him a card and gave him a treat with it. Plus he got spoiled with new shoes, hat for summer yard work, James Bond movie and pool punch pass for the summer. Happy birthday hunny! I love you!
