Happy Birthday Joe, 18!!!

Joseph turned 18 on Friday! We sure love him and are excited for him to be living big at 18! These pictures are just some of the many I took. Grandma and Grandpa came all the way up from Roy and spent half the day with us. It was so fun to be with them, Dayton especially loves them.

Joe got a suit from Mom and Dad. A movie, giant bag of mini candy bars and mechanical pencils and pens from us. Horseshoe set from Lisa and money from Nate.:) We missed having Jared there but we are glad he is serving in Chile.

Dayton's new favorite person is Uncle Joe! He grins every time he plays with him!






Adam's new favorite thing is his new truck! It's a Dodge 1500, 2005 with 63k miles on it! We are excited to have a family vehicle and a truck all in one. :)

old and NEW

sometimes a girl just needs a little something to make her feel like a new woman. today a wallet was the item for me. my old one was beat up, ugly, and too small. my new one is stylin, has plenty of room for all my cards, and i LOVE it! ahhh, i feel like a woman! :)

Joe Day, 2nd attendant to Mr. Sky View!

Joe tried out for Mr. SV last week and did a killer job! For his talent he drumed in the dark, with black lights, on a ladder, with neon orange sticks dressed in all white! Ya, it was sooooooo cool! He was also the best dancer in the opening dance that all the contestants are in. This boy can really shake it! I lost my voice from screaming so loud, we had a blast, we are proud of you Joe!

Ward Party in the end of August!

We went to the Logan City Pool about two weeks ago as a ward party. We had tons of fun! John and Allison (our friends/renters) came too! They both love Dayton and he loves them! We had a blast together. Dayton kicked and squeeled in the water. He loved it!

One tomato, two tomatoes, three tomatoes, four....

This is about half of our tomatoes so far. In this picture there are 100 lbs of tomatoes and the weekend before this was taken I'm sure we picked just about as many. Needless to say we have spent the past 3 weekends canning. So far we have canned 50 pints of salsa and 25 quarts of tomato juice. The killer is we still have tons of tomatoes in the garden. Crazy cool! We are excited about it! We have also had many cucumbers, green peppers, jalepenos, and pumpkins. We have one watermelon that we are still waiting on to ripen a bit more, we will see if it is any good. :) Overall we feel our 1st garden has been a great success!!!

It has been 6 months!

Wow time sure flies! Dayton is such a sweet boy. He is strong and can wears shoes now that help him stand. He loves being outside and being a part of whatever Mom or Dad is doing. His new favorite snack is a grahm cracker. He is boisterous and randomly squeels and squaks loudly just for fun! We sure do love him!
