Today Adam texted me while he was in class and said he wore my pants to school. First of all how in the world did he fit into my pants and second of all WHAT!!! As many of you know Adam is not a morning person so he rolls out of bed for his 7:30am class at 7:20 and throws on any thing he can find so I guess today all he could find was my clothes. Anyway I brought him his own pants and I was glad to hear that they fit him tight and they were my lazy jeans that are loose on me.

HAPPY 24th!
Adam and I had an eventful 24th of july! After spending most of the morning putting up flags with the scouts we were exhausted, as usual. All this summer school is just wearing us out! So we came home and took a nap. We were going to go to the Hogle Zoo but we decided to stay home instead. I know what your thinking, we are pretty boring! Anyway then we spent the day looking for a new car, which we found some we liked, but we didn't buy one. This only having one car thing is a bugger but as Mama Sue says "Just think of the money you are saving by just driving the tercel that gets 40 miles to the gallon!" We love her for being positive! Then we went to cafe rio for dinner and watched anger management which was so funny! Then Adam spent the night studying for his test today and now we are back to school! We keep telling ourselves school will be over soon. We are moving next week so that should be fun. I'm glad I have a mom up here to help me pack though, I hate packing. Anyway, We hope you all had a Happy 24th!

Porcupines and Pools
Jackson and I got to spend the entire day together! Yeah! We had so much fun and I'm glad Wyatt and Chris got time to be together as well.
First we went to Willow Park Zoo in Logan.
Jack thought the porcupines were so cool! We even said to me, "Angie! You know what those do?" I asked,
"What Jack?"
"Their tail shoots spikes at you!" Wow, what a bright 4 year old.
This is the Bobcat, this was also a hit with Jackson!

I have to say being questioned by a 4 year old all day is a little intense. Sometimes you just don't know all the answers! So I was thrilled about the signs by all the animal cages that gave the name of it, where they lived, and what they ate. Jack probably thinks I'm brilliant but little does he know that I just read the sign. Hey, I like to feel like I know stuff every once in a while.
TURTLES! Jack actually got to touch one of the turtles shell. He thought that was the best thing ever!
That afternoon Adam and I took Jack to the Aquatic Center. He loved it, we all did! Jack is an absolute joy! We were excited that he wanted to go on the twisty slide with Adam. When he got done he said, "that was so fun!" So they went again!

We finished the day off with some ice cream and then home for Jack to rest. I think we finally wore this little man out.

Thanks to all you families who let Adam and I share your children. They all bring joy to our lives!

Vanessa and Jose
This is Vanessa and Jose who Adam and I watched at our apartment overnight to help out their family. Their Dad works two jobs and is never home. So their 15 year old sister takes care of them, they even call her mom. What a huge responsibility she has so young. They are not members and we have been inviting their older sister and brother to activities. So when their sister wanted to go to youth conference she asked if we would watch them so she could go. Of course we made arrangements so we could help. They are sweet kids!

Horseback Riding!
Adam was living it up yesterday when we went horsback riding with the Stokes. Check out this studly picture of him. It was so pretty out there too!

The horses kicked up a lot of dust as you can see. This is the only picture we have of the two of us with the horses and the flash got all the dust particles so sorry. Notice although I am highly alergic to horses and dust I'm still alive!
I loved this horse, isn't it beautiful? We are loving our summer! Thanks Steve, Christa and Makenna!

7 months BABY!
So it's happy news time! Adam and I have been married for 7 months. Wow, time sure fly's by quickly! I am sure grateful for a wonderful, thoughtful husband who is always willing to help. He is so busy but he always find time to be with me and make me laugh! I am a lucky duck! We are still busy busy up here in Logan and we are looking forward to our summer classes coming to an end so we can vacation. Hopefully it comes quicker than we think!

Life is Good-Fireworks, Candy, Parades, Boating
On the 4th of July all of my brothers marched in the Lewiston Parade. For those of you who are not cache valley'ites...Marching Band is a huge deal up here and Cool to do! So rock on bro's! Anyway I followed the boys down the parade route to get picture of them and take a video when they were playing their song not just during the drum cadence. One lady commented behind me laughing as I followed along side quickly snapping pictures, "Gee do you know everyone in the band?" I responded, "Nope just 3 brothers."
Nathan on saxaphone age 14.
Jared on the end with trumpet. He has a solo in the video at the end. Age 17.
Joseph on bass drum age 15.

It's been tradition since my family moved up to Logan 6 years ago that we go to the stadium to watch the firworks on the 3rd of July. We always go early and save a spot on the grass outside the stadium so we can have a good view. Plus as you can see the stadium is packed! The fireworks are always a blast! We also invite the Benningtons (my cousins) over for a BBQ beforehand and then watch fireworks together. We love them!

Angie, Kaylee (everyone in the family says she is my twin, personalities are alot alike), and Whitney.

On the 5th of July Uncle Steve was kind enough to take the Chandler family boating. We had a blast and Adam love it! It was windy so no really got a chance to ski or try the air chair but we loved it! Sadly I forgot the camera. We slept at Josh and Janae's that night, thanks guys, and went to Ivory's baby blessing Sunday. Brady and Emily make cute kids I must admit. She is beautiful with lots of dark hair. Sorry again, no camera!

I Need Your Ideas
Tomorrow is the last day of Adam's second class this summer. Next week he starts his final two classes. So far he is working hard and pulling A's so we will see how two classes at once goes. Meanwhile I am busy taking my english class in 7 weeks which is also a challenge. It's been going for one week so far and at the end of this second week I have a personal research essay due. Yikes! I have absolutely no idea what to write on so I am asking for your help. What experience in your life (something that happened before age 25) is unforgettable?
