Happy Easter!

HAPPY EASTER!!!
Adam and I had easter night together. This is because my parents were in So. Carolina watching my brother Jake graduate from basic training so we spent easter morning at the Day's. We each played easter bunny for each other. Adam got Adidas flip flops and I got dang cute flat brown shoes! We also ate our fair share of jolly rancher jelly beans and hard dried out peeps! Yum!

This is our easter display! Look Adam even used cute wrapping! Atta boy!

SPRING BREAK DUTCH OVEN!!
This is us cooking dutch oven outside the apartment!

So we really wanted to go camping for Spring Break! Unfortunately, here in Logan all the campground are still closed. Bummer! So we improvised and cooked dutch oven peach cobbler outside our apartment. It was pretty fun! Don't worry it was not flaming like that the entire time, I think Adam just got a little lighter fluid happy!

Life here is good! Adam is loving Zions and Iam crazy busy with school. We are excited that it is warming up and I love that the birds are singing. Adam is enjoying being scout master and I am teaching CTR7 primary. It is also a joy!

We are looking forward to watching more children in 3 weeks while their parents are vacationing. This time only for one week and the kids are 12, 11, 9,5,3 so it'll be easier because they will all be in school but one. So we hope for the best with that upcoming adventure!
We love you all!

Adam's Birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADAM!!!!! 23 YEARS OLD!!!

We had a little party with my family that night. They played a little joke on Adam and regifted come things that we had given them. Adam opened them and did not know what to say. Then my littlest brother Nate held up a piece of paper that read, "If this gift is rude and inconsiderate press the red button!" Adam hesitated...then pushed it! My brothers went running out to the car and brought in big presents. These were much better! Adam said, "Can I push it again?"
Earlier that morning Mama Sue took us to breakfast and it was delicious. Adam got a huge Ham steak!

This is the beautiful birhtday cake I made. I must admit that is as creative as I get with cake.

Rascal Flatts Concert!

Friday March 7th Rascal Flatts
Concert!
Adam got me tickets for Valentines Day! They really put on a good concert. The entire floor of the stage was like a big TV screen! They sang great and even did some songs that I haven't heard.

Rascal Flatts sang their song "He aint the leaving kind." This is a song about God, he will never leave you alone! It was a touching song and awesome that they sang it in the concert. Half way through the song the marines marched out, stood at attention, and saluted. It was awesome! Thanks Adam for being a good sport and coming with me!

Hand me down futon!

Mama Sue gave us her futon and we absolutely love it! Our favorite feature is that we can store things under it notice the blankets! With a litte apartment we are grateful for any space we can find. Thanks Mama Sue!

It is getting warmer up in Logan! The sun is starting to shine and most days it is not freezing! Spring break is next week and we will love the break! Adam is starting to work out lots so he can bike this summer. I made him flex for me and I must admit he is becoming quiet the stud!
