It's the most wonderful time of the year!
Adam and I have almost all of our Christmas shopping done! We like to get it done early plus it gets us in the spirit of giving. This year I went shopping at 3:30am on Black Friday with my Mom and brother Joseph to get some crazy deals. We had such a fun time together. It's nice to shop early morning on black friday in Logan, I have been surprised how nice people are compared to other places. My Mom said that she went one year in Salt Lake and would never go again. For some reason we love shopping early in Logan! We are looking forward to seeing all of our family during the holidays! We are also excited that Adam will be graduating in two weeks. :)

Happy Birthday Mom and Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Birthday to Mom! We sure love you Mom. What a great blessing you are to us!
For my Mom's birthday yesterday we celebrated with cake...

And bowling at Pop'n Pins in Preston which my Mom loves. It was a blast. All of us were there and Jake and his girlfriend Vella came too. We bowled two games and I actually got over 100! That is good for me. Then there is Adam who bowled a 122 which isn't amazing but for how much we bowl it's pretty good.

Why I fell in love with the best man in the world!
There is nothing quite like this to let someone know you love them. This is a one time only performance of Adam singing in the shower. Don't worry it is completely G rated!

Happy Birthday to MaKenna!

Friday night we went to MaKenna's birthday party at Grandma Stokes house. It was so fun to see her walking so much. With teamwork Christa and I even got pigtails in her hair before the party. She is looking more like a toddler and less like a baby now days. Her favorite toys were the balloons and the candle. I think she actually ate more candle than cake, ha ha! We sure love this little girl and her Mom and Dad. We would be pretty lonely without them to play with. So Happy One Year Old MaKenna!

Metatarsal what!?!
It's true I have a bruised #1 metatarsal head on my left foot. In smaller words I bruised my bone or the ball of my foot. The doctor laughed when I told him that I am on my feet about 10-12 hours a day between teaching and work. He said, "Well sit down!" Sadly it's harder than it sounds. Anyway this all started when a big box of toilet paper fell on my foot off a top shelf about a month ago. Since then my metatarsal head has been swollen and killing. So now due to doctors order I wear tennis shoes that are supportive with my kaki's to practicum at school and take lots of ibuprofen because it's just not realistic that I can sit and let it heal. So lets pray it doesn't get a deeper bone bruise cause that'll stink!
Other than that we are all good here! I am teaching my class songs for a Thanksgiving program and they sound great! I am excited to see how it turns out.

Adam is in Flordia!
Finally a break from him always telling me to unplug my flat iron, not steal the covers, and to stop itching. It's a relief. Just kidding! I miss him already. I am very proud of myself though I went to bed all by myself without getting scared! Yeah! We will see how the next 3 days go I might end up sleeping over at my Mom's. I am staying busy though with teaching, writing lesson plans, household stuff, and work. So I think I will make it. Keep checking our blog if you are lucky Adam will have some pictures when he gets home that I can post.

The list goes on...
1. Angie is teaching at a private school in a 2nd 3rd grade class all day for three more weeks.
2. Adam is working 25 hours a week at Zions Bank.
3. We are both taking 16 credit hours at Utah State this semester.
4. Adam is busy, busy, busy with young mens.
5. Angie is disappointed that we have our primary program next week and none of this kids know the songs so she will be one of the only ones singing in front of the whole ward.
6. We both have white yuckies growing on the back of our throats, are dead tired, and never really feel good. We need to see a doctor but if you have any ideas of what this is, please share.
7. Our second bedroom is finally organized and we can walk in it! Yeah!
8. Angie gets to work with Kaitlan her good friend when her normal co-worker is sick! I love Kaitlan. :)
9. Adam is going to Florida this upcoming Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for Institute of Managerial Accounting organization that he is part of the presidency.
10. It is getting cold in Logan but still no snow. I'm not worried it'll come.
11. Angie is teaching a hispanic teen ager to cook once a week because she doesn't have a mom and is required to be a mom to her two little siblings. She was never taught to clean or cook so the kids eat chicken nuggests, hot dogs, and cold cereal. :(
